HSR-1680 Product Specifications
Analog Input
- 16 channels (Expansion options available), BNC connectors
- 14-bit A/D, 800 Ksamples/s per channel
- +/-5V input range (optional +/- 2.5V or +/- 10V)
- External trigger to begin sampling on +5V TTL rising edge pulse, BNC connector
- External clock to sample all channels on each +5V TTL rising edge pulse, BNC connector
- Internal clock mode with the sample time selectable in increments of 0.05 microseconds (1.25us, 1.30us, 1.35us, etc.)
- Each group of 4 channels is served by a dedicated DSP type card with professional 16 Mbyte buffered pipeline architecture
Software Features
- The configuration software runs from a separate network PC. This leaves the HSR-1680 as a dedicated standalone recorder. The following features are available under software control.
- Number of channels to record
- Channel names and descriptions
- Sample rate. All channels are sampled at the same rate.
- Synchronization. Internal clock, external clock, and external trigger.
- Destination data files
- Redundant data storage on separate hard disk for reliability if one disk fails
- Data file formats. Data files are stored with a header with data as 16-bit binary integers.
